AACC International Product Development Competition

The AACC International holds an annual product development competition. Products must contain one cereal as the main ingredient. The deadline for 2007 has passed. For more details, visit the AACC Student Website.

Institute for Thermal Processing Specialists Paper Competition

IFTPS invites papers from students presenting researched progress in methodologies, techniques, system technologies, or other topics relevant to thermal and/or non-thermal processing of food or biological materials including pharmaceuticals to make them shelf stable by inactivating pathogenic and spoilage-causing microorganisms. IFT Education Division Undergraduate Writing Competition

The IFT Education Division is sponsoring their annual Undergraduate Technical Writing Competition. The deadline for the competition is June 1, 2009. See the official flyer for more details.
