Scholarships

• IFT Undergraduate Scholarships and Graduate Fellowships: Several scholarships and fellowships are sponsored by IFT Sections and Divisions as well as outside corporations and organizations.
• USDA National Needs Fellowships available at University of Delaware for MS in Food Science.
• National Dairy Promotion and Research Board Undergraduate Scholarship Program: Up to 19 scholarships of $1,500 each are awarded annually.
• National Milk Producers Federation National Dairy Leadership Program: Scholarships offered annually.
• National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program: Currently the estimated number of awards is 1,000 and anticipated funding is over $40 million!
• Hertz Foundation Graduate Fellowship Awards: Provides fellowships at several universities for graduate work leading to award of the Ph.D. degree in applications of the physical sciences to human problems.
• National Academies Research Associateship Programs: Funding for post-doctoral positions.
• AOAC International Technical Division on Reference Material (TDRM) Student Award, sponsored by AOAC International: The deadline for submitting applications is December 31, 2007. Details are available in the award notice.
