What Is Food Science?

However, several other in-depth definitions and summaries of are available online, such as the food science entry at Answers.com. If you're completely new to food science, information on several topics within food science are available here at iftsa.org on the Science Olympiad Website. DiscoverySchool.com has great videos of food scientists talking about the field and their careers.
